Notification: New Partners/Users

Overview

Unifyr One automatically sends notifications to the supplier or partner when partners register with the supplier, or activities updating their signup are carried out.

New Partner Registration Notification

The New Partner Registration notification is sent to the supplier Admin user when a partner registers using the Unifyr One registration widget. 

Admin email is setup in Unifyr One Admin under >  Settings > Notifications > Pending Partners.

New Partner Approved Welcome Notification

The Partner Approved welcome notification is sent to a partner when the supplier has approved their request to join the partner program. The partner is welcomed to the portal and given instructions on how to set their password.

New Colleague for Approval Notification

The New Colleague for Approval notification is sent when a user registering on the portal has been matched to an existing partner account. The email is sent to the Admin of the partner account and advises that they have a new registration to approve.
