Unifyr One automatically sends these notifications to the partner.
New Social Media Content for Approval Notification
The New Social Media Content notification is sent when the supplier has created new social media posts that need approval before they can be posted to the partner's social streams.
These posts will not post to a social media account until they are approved by the partner.
The notification is sent daily, weekly, or monthly, as specified by the partner in Settings > Notifications > Social Content Approval in the portal. It will only send if new content is awaiting approval.
Social Media Settings Update Required Notification
Regular authentication is a security measure imposed by the various Social Media platforms. Most platforms regularly require authentication of the site. In some cases, authentication is as frequent as every 90 days. If a social media account associated with Unifyr One is about to expire, permission needs to be granted to continue using the account through Unifyr One.
The Social Media Settings notification is sent to advise users that their account will soon be expiring.
The email is sent every Monday if the account will expire in less than 20 days. It's sent to these users:
- Personal Social Media accounts - the partner user
- Company Social Media accounts - all partner Admins. An Admin can opt in-out of these notifications with the Social Accounts Expiration notification preference. For more information, see About Notifications (partner academy article)
The notification will continue to be sent via email every 7 days until the account expires. Once the account expires, you will continue to receive notification but it will be that the account has expired.
Social Media Account Expired Notification
The Social Media Account Expired notification is sent when either of the scenarios occurs:
- The token for a social media account associated with Unifyr One has expired and is no longer accepted by the social site.
- The token for the social site is invalidated from a failed attempt to use it and the user has not re-authenticated the account.
The email is sent every 7 days until the social media account is authenticated or removed from the Unifyr One subscription. It's sent to these users:
- Personal Social Media Accounts - the partner user
- Company Social Media Accounts - all partner Admins
