Setting Auto-Expiry for a Social Post

You can set an expiry date for your library social posts, so they're automatically removed from the portal and Unifyr One Admin campaign configuration if they're out of date.

  1. Navigate to Partner Marketing > Social Media.
  2. The Social Posts, Weekly View, or Monthly View tabs include lists of the social posts you have created for your partners.

Find the social post (of type Library Social Post or Both) that you want to set to expire.

  3. Click on the social post, to open it for edit.
  4. In Post Expiration Date, use the calendar picker to confirm the expiry date.

You can set this to a past date, if required.

  5. Click Save.

When a post has expired:

  • It no longer appears in the Library Posts page in the partner portal
  • It can't be added to a campaign
  • A campaign activation will only include the expired post if the campaign was activated before the post expired
