Personalize your Reports and Dashboards View

Unifyr One allows you to customize your reporting needs at the user level. Each user can favorite reports to bring them to the forefront of their Unifyr One navigation and set their own default analytics dashboard on their homepage to quickly access the snapshot view they need most. This is especially helpful when you have different team members that require different KPIs to measure the progress and success of their efforts.

How to Favorite Reports and Filter Navigation

You can favorite reports and dashboards that are relevant to you and configure your Analytics & Reports navigation to only show those reports/dashboards whenever you log in. 

1. Browse for a report or dashboard in the Analytics & Reports area. 
2. Click the report/dashboard to open it.

3. Click the Add to Favorites icon next to the report/dashboard's name.

   

4. Repeat the steps for any reports you use often or find useful.
5. To filter your Analytics & Reports navigation to only show your favorite reports, hover over the Analytics & Reports tab.

6. Click the Toggle Favorites switch to enable the setting.

   

7. Now, when you hover over the Analytics & Reports tab, the list displays just your favorite reports/dashboards. You can revert the Toggle Favorites option to show all available reports again.

   When Toggle Favorites is enabled, the navigation shows the first 20 reports/dashboards you have favorited.

   You can use the Refresh Favorites button to update the list, if you've favorited some new reports/dashboards.

How to Set a Default Homepage Dashboard

Your Unifyr One account is configured to show a default analytics dashboard to all users in the account, when they log in. Users can change the default analytics dashboard shown on their Unifyr One Admin homepage to the one that is most relevant to their needs. 

Default dashboards are set at the user level. Setting a new default dashboard will not impact other users in your Unifyr One account. If you want to set a new default dashboard for all users in your Unifyr One account, submit a request to your Unifyr One team.

1. Navigate to   > My Profile.
2. Select the dashboard you want to see displayed as a default from the Default Analytics Dashboard list. 
3. Click Update.
