Overview
User Achievements are tangible portal-based accomplishments that are set by suppliers. They are a great way to keep your partner users engaged and reward them for their success in your partner program.
Achievements are earned at partner user level by completing specific tasks in the portal, such as registering leads, sending an email, posting to social media or completing a certification. Partner users earn points in the partner portal when they complete each Achievement.
In Unifyr One Admin, you can customize the way Achievements will display in portal and filter via Partner Group to define which users will see them.
Your partner users can track their progress against Achievements individually on the User Achievements page in the portal. You have a view on the overall completion of Achievements by partner, in Unifyr One Admin.
You can track your partner's progress against the Achievements you've set for them in their partner account in Unifyr One Admin. You can also export Achievement data for use in another partner recognition program, or to update users' records in your CRM.
Note
It's worth considering how many times a task can be completed when setting up your User Achievements. For example, a Company Profile can only be updated once for each partner, by the partner administrator, so it wouldn't be worth including this achievement for other users.
Before You Begin
Make sure you have any necessary Partner Groups set up before you begin building User Achievements. This will allow you to filter the User Achievements to all partner users in a specific Partner Group.
Additionally, we recommend collaborating with your team to set up a governance document for the points to be awarded for the different User Achievements you plan on making available for your partner users. This will help you more easily determine the scoring of each Achievement.
