Adding Feature Pages to the Partner Portal

This procedure assumes you have already created a site and view. It is possible to add individual feature pages to your site, but adding feature bundles is the best practice approach. If you add individual feature pages, you run the risk of omitting closely related functionality and impairing the user experience.

Note

Feature bundles are not available with a Unifyr One Engage subscription.

  1. Navigate to Partner PortalSite Configuration.
  2. [Optional] Click on the site URL to open a partner portal view of the site in a new tab. This is useful to view the effect of changes to site configuration as you make them. You will need to refresh the page each time you save changes.
  3. Click on the view (Custom Partner Views or Default Partner Views) you wish to edit. By default, every site is created with two top-level pages.
  4. Click on the Feature Bundles or Feature Pages tab and find the item you wish to add to the navigation.
    • Click Feature Bundles to select feature-specific Unifyr One-defined page sets. Drag bundles onto the menu to add them as subpages to the selected view. You can use the arrows to move the pages between the three levels of the menu. You can also remove pages from the bundle if required.
    • Open the Feature Pages section to view and select individual feature pages to add to your site, using the same drag and drop process. The Feature Pages are the individual pages for the Feature Bundles.

  5. [Optional] Use the arrows to move pages in the menu level hierarchy. A site can have up to three levels in its menus:

  6. [Optional] On the right-hand side, use Page Details to change the Name for each bundle/page in the structure, as required. Editing this will change the page name on your view, but the original page name will remain in place for the partner. This is especially helpful when managing pages in a different language than your partners.

The original page name displays under the renamed page title.

  7. [Optional] On the right-hand side, use Page Details to restrict page visibility of a page by Partner Group within your view. For more information, see Managing Page Visibility.
  8. Click Save to publish the site with the defined navigation.
