Monitoring Partners' Success Plan Progress

You can track any of your partners' Success Plan progress through the Partner Explorer in Unifyr One Admin.

1. Navigate to Partner Management > Partner Explorer > Partner Accounts.
2. Click on the name of the partner whose progress you want to track, to open their account details.
3. Go to the Success Plans tab in the left sidebar.
4. Click the Success Plan you want to monitor, to view this partner's progress against it.

Partners can view their own progress when you've built a custom page containing the Success Plan dynamic content widget and made it available on the partner portal. Partner activities are tracked in the partner record. If the partner is added to a Success Plan after it's been created, any activities they've already completed will be counted.
