Filtering the Funding Summary

You can filter the Funding Summary view using the All Partners button to show relevant information for specific partner(s), specific partner group(s), or partners that fall under specific criteria. Each of these three filtering options can be selected at the same time.

Note

When you choose multiple partner filters, you are creating an AND statement. For example, only partners that fall into both Partner Tier = Gold AND Region = EMEA will show if those partner filter selections are made.

See the instructions below:

Filter by Specific Partner(s)

  1. Navigate to Partner Management > MDF > Funding Summary.
  2. Click the All Partners button on the top right-hand corner of the page.
  3. In the Apply Partner Filter pop-up, scroll to find the Selected Partner(s) filter. Click on the filter name.
  4. Type the partner’s name in the search bar or scroll to find the partner. Click the partner name to add it to the filter list.
  5. Repeat step 5 until all desired partners are added to the filter list.

If multiple partners are selected, you are creating an OR statement within this partner filter.

  6. Click Apply.

  4. Type the Partner Group name in the search bar or scroll to find the Partner Group. Click the Partner Group name to add it to the filter list.
  5. Repeat step 5 until all desired Partner Groups are added to the filter list.

If multiple Partner Groups are selected, you are creating an OR statement within this partner filter.

  6. Click Apply.

Clear Filters

You can either clear a specific filter or clear all filters from the Funding Summary.

To clear specific filters, click the All Partners button and find the filter you would like to remove. If it is a checkbox filter, you can click Clear All next to the filter name. If it is a specific partner or Partner Group, click into the filter name and click the ‘x’ next to each selection.
