Partner Invitations View

To see the list of invited partners, navigate to Partner Management > Communications > Invitations. This takes you to the Invited tab of the Partner Explorer. You can use these options to organize the data in the Invited view:

Once an invitation has been created, the partner shows one of the statuses in the Invited list:  

  • Sent - The invitation has been sent to the prospective partner.  The partner will remain in this state until they take some action on the invitation. You can resend the invitation from here.
  • Partner Declined - The partner has rejected the invitation. 
Clear All The Clear All option brings all the partners back into view and you can reset the filters.
Partner NameSortable ListThe partner name - typically the company name.
Contact NameSortable List The name of the user associated with the partner account. 
Contact EmailSortable ListThe email address of the user associated with the partner account.
StatusSortable ListThe status of the partner's registration (see above).
CreatedSortable ListThe date on which the invitation was created.
