Overview
The Collateral feature bundle allows you to publish content or media to your partners. The bundle includes three pages, one to browse all collateral, one to browse collateral they have customized, and one to browse collateral resources by program.
Before You Begin
The Collateral feature page bundle displays relevant content to users based on their user group membership and the content you've made available. You should ensure these aspects of your program are in place prior to publishing the feature pages.

Browse Collateral Feature Page
The Browse Collateral feature page displays all of the content that the partner is entitled to see.
A text search field in the left panel allows users to retrieve items that include a specific text string. The panel also includes a collateral type filter to restrict the results to specific kinds of media.
The right panel displays all of the individual collateral resources that match the current search filters. If no filters are applied, the partner will see all items that you have allowed them to view.
Browse Collateral can show standard (library) content, customizable/co-brandable content, or both, in the same window. Use the Show Content From setting to define which should be included. Alternatively, if you want to separate downloadable and customizable content into different pages, add a second Browse Collateral feature page and rename it, then set the Show Content From setting individually for each page.
For standard content, choose Collateral Library, then On-Demand Asset or Library Asset as the content type.
For customizable/co-brandable content, choose Customizable Metadata.
Your partners can then see the two types of content in different pages.
My Collateral Feature Page
The My Collateral feature page stores content that the partner has previously engaged with.
For digital content, partners will be able to provide their contacts with two distinct URLs. One will open the asset page and track visitor statistics and the other, preferred for internal users at the partner company, will provide a preview version of the resource without counting the visitor.
Partners can also download some content, typically a PDF, for redistribution to their contacts.
Browse Programs Feature Page
The Browse Programs page displays sets of collateral that have been grouped into programs.
Each collateral program is displayed with the description provided during program creation. This allows you to create packaged playbooks that group media resources by theme or objective. One common use for this is to create asset collections that address a specific point in the customer journey.
