Adding Styling to a Site

  1. Navigate to Partner PortalSite Configuration.
  2. Click Settings.

  3. Go to the Styling tab.
  4. Make changes to these areas as required.

    Parameter  Type  Description 
    Brand Logo File Upload

    [Optional] Brand Logo is an image file that represents the brand for this site. Typically, this will be your organization logo or a product logo. Recommended size 150px x 35px.

    This logo is also used in the styling of the Portal AI Expert. For more information, see Styling Ask IQ in the Portal.

    Favicon File Upload [Optional] Favicon is a small image file that is used in the tab in a web browser. It provides a quick visual cue to users so that they can return to your page easily if they have multiple pages open. If they have many tabs open, the favicon is displayed without text. Recommended size 16x16px or 32x32px and file type png, jpg, jpeg, or gif.
    Brand Colors Color Picker

    (Unifyr One Enterprise only)

    [Optional] Use the color picker or enter the exact hex code for the Primary Color of this site. Primary colors are used for Sub-Navigation Menu and Headers. 

    [Optional] Use the color picker or enter the exact hex code for the Secondary Color of this site. Secondary colors are used for the hyperlink text. 

    Primary Color and Secondary Color are also used in the styling of Ask IQ in the partner portal. For more information, see Styling Ask IQ in Portal.

    [Optional] Use the color picker or enter the exact hex code for the Primary Button Color. Primary Button colors are used for positive calls to action like Create and Activate.

    [Optional] Use the color picker or enter the exact hex code for the Primary Button Color of this site. Secondary colors are used for administrative steps like Customize and Details

    Navigation Options Checkbox

    (Unifyr One Enterprise only)

    Enable the Hide first menu item and link via logo option to exclude the first menu item from the partner portal navigation and allow users to click the portal logo to go to the page instead.

    For example, you might want to have users click on the portal logo to return to the homepage, instead of displaying a physical Home link.

    Note: the hidden navigation item (e.g. Home) must be configured in the portal view to be accessible from the logo.

    Users can still access the sub-navigation items you've configured for the page when they access it from the logo.

    Primary Color Color Picker

    (Unifyr One Engage only)

    [Optional] Choose the primary color of the theme palette for your partner portal. Buttons, icons, links, tab headers, and other navigation items will be shown in this color.

    Click on the color bar then choose a color from the color picker, or enter the hex code.

    Click OK when done.

    If you want to use one of Unifyr One's preset color palettes, click Clear color in this field and choose the preset theme from Theme.

    Light or Dark Dropdown list

    (Unifyr One Engage only)

    Choose whether to use a light or dark color palette for the portal theme you've selected in the Theme. When you select one of the options, the Theme Preview field updates to show you what colors will be used.

    Choose from one of Unifyr One's 9 preset color themes for your portal.

    This menu is enabled if you click Clear color in the Primary Color field.

    Choose whether to use a light or dark palette of this color in the field above.

    A visual summary of the color palette that will style your partner portal, based on the selections you've made in Primary Color, Light or Dark, and Theme.
