Promoting Custom Activities

You can promote a custom activity to increase partner adoption. Promoting the activity will pin it to the top of the Available Activities page when partners select a campaign and click Add Activity > Custom Activity in their partner portal. This ensures it is one of the first custom activities a partner sees when browsing that area in the partner portal.

To promote a custom activity in a campaign:

  1. Navigate to Partner Marketing > Custom Activities.
  2. Click the name of the custom activity you want to promote, to open its detail view.
  3. Click Edit Details.

  4. Enable the Is Promoted? setting.

  5. Add the Promotion Start and Promotion End dates. The activity will remain promoted within these dates.
  6. [Optional] Add a Promotion Description to add internal-facing information regarding the decision to promote this activity.
  7. Click Save.
