Archiving / Unarchiving Marketing Emails

Archiving emails removes them from your emails list, but saves them in your account.

To remove an email permanently, delete it. For more information, see Deleting a Marketing Email.

  1. Navigate to Partner Marketing > Emails.
  2. Find the email you want to archive, and click on it to open it for edit.
  3. Click ... > Archive.

    The email is archived, but it remains in your account until you delete it.

Unarchiving emails make them active again.

To unarchive emails:

  1. Navigate to Partner Marketing > Emails.
  2. Find the archived email you want to unarchive. It may be useful to use the Publication Status filter in the list, to display all archived emails.
  3. Click the name of the email, to open it for edit.
  4. Click ... > Un-Archive.
