Archiving emails removes them from your emails list, but saves them in your account.
To remove an email permanently, delete it. For more information, see Deleting a Marketing Email.
- Navigate to Partner Marketing > Emails.
- Find the email you want to archive, and click on it to open it for edit.

Click ... > Archive.
The email is archived, but it remains in your account until you delete it.
Unarchiving emails make them active again.
To unarchive emails:
- Navigate to Partner Marketing > Emails.
- Find the archived email you want to unarchive. It may be useful to use the Publication Status filter in the list, to display all archived emails.
- Click the name of the email, to open it for edit.
- Click ... > Un-Archive.
