Associating Content with a User

Associating a user with content makes it easier to manage the content. You can associate your users with content types, and available content tags, to ensure that they get notified when content items of that particular type/tagging is expiring.

To add a user for content expiration notification:

1. Navigate to   > Settings > Content Management.
2. In User-Content Associations, select the user from the User drop down list.
3. Click a Library Content Type to associate with the user.
4. Choose the tags for that content type - all content of that type, that is tagged with the selected values, will be associated with the user.
5. [Optional] Select specific Campaign & Activity Tags to associate with the user.
6. Save the user association.   

In this example, the user J Taylor is associated with all content of type Library Asset that has the values Manufacturing, Maritime, or Energy for the Vertical tag.
