The Projects tab in the > Integrations > iPaaS page includes three main areas:
- All assets
- All projects
- Trash
The All assets area contains the configuration items that are available for selection to support an integration. There are two folders:
Recipes
A count and list of the Recipes available for use.
The list is also split into two categories - Active (running) and Inactive (not running).
Suppliers can temporarily deactivate a Recipe to halt a sync of a particular type of data in an integration project. For example, your IT department may request a data freeze if they are implementing changes to your CRM configuration. For more information, see Stopping and Restoring a Workato Recipe.
Connections
A count and list of the Connection assets available for use.
The list is also split into two categories - Connected and Disconnected.
Suppliers can temporarily disconnect a Connection to halt all data syncs from a particular system. For more information, see Disconnecting a Workato Connection.
The All projects area of the Integrations > iPaaS > Projects tab lists the integration projects that have been set up by your Unifyr team. They will usually be named to indicate the application being integrated with Unifyr One, and the direction of data travel - for example, Salesforce to Unifyr One.
You can also see projects listed individually below.
Connections project
Most systems will also have a Project named Connections, which is a list of connection authorization assets that are being used to support the Projects listed in the Projects list. These are listed in the Assets tab for the Connections project.
There are two in the example below, but every system will be different:
- Sales account - a Connection representing the authorization/credentials for the organization's internal Salesforce account
- Sales API - a Connection representing the API User that is connected to the system
Each Connection in the Connections project shows its connection status, the date of initial connection, and the number of Recipes that are currently running on that connection.
Click on a Connection in the list to view its details - here you can review the authorization/authentication credentials for the connection:
You can click Disconnect to disable the connection - this will stop all syncs that are using that connection. For more information, see Disconnecting a Workato Connection.
In the Settings tab for the Connections project, review the project description and a list of users/roles with project access.
Supplier-specific projects
The Projects tab includes a folder for each integration that has been set up with Unifyr One - for example here, Dynamics to Unifyr One, Salesforce to Unifyr One, etc. Click on any of these Projects to expand it and access the folders that represent the syncs of particular object data configured in that integration project.
The Assets tab lists the individual syncs that are set up in a Project, and gives you the opportunity to view their configuration.
In the example below, the integration project Salesforce to Unifyr One has syncs of Deal, Opportunity, End Customer, Lead, Partner Account, Partner User, and Pricebook data records running from Salesforce to Unifyr One.
Click on any of the data objects to see the Recipes that define the workflow for the sync of this object data. For example, this object represents a sync of Partner Account data, which includes parent and child Recipes:
Click on any Recipe to view its details in a set of tabs - Recipe, Jobs, Connections, Versions, and About. For more information, see Viewing the Details of a Workato Recipe.
In the Settings tab for a project, view the project description and the list of users that have access to it.
Trash
A count and list of Recipes that have been removed from use.
