Yes, you can create your own templates in Unifyr One Admin, and use them when creating custom portal pages, emails, web content, and deal quotes.

Could an existing PRM customer moving to Unifyr One, bring their custom partner portal templates across?

This is not currently possible, all pages will need to be manually recreated.
