Report and dashboard data can lag behind production by up to 24 hours. Bear this in mind when reviewing your analytics.

Overview

Unifyr One offers a comprehensive set of dashboards and reports that allow you to quickly understand your partner's Unifyr One program adoption and activities. Reports are preconfigured to include the datapoints related to their topic area. Like reports can be bundled onto a dashboards using visual representations to make the data easier to understand.

Reports provide Admin users with the necessary metrics to make smart data driven decisions to improve or adjust program offerings or content. 

By default, Unifyr One Admin users find the Monthly Highlights dashboard as the homepage. This homepage dashboard can be changed to suit your organization's needs. Additionally, users can favorite reports for quick access. For information about creating your own view of dashboards and reports, see Personalize Your Reports and Dashboard View.

The Analytics & Reports tab displays a short list of common reports.  Use the Toggle Favorites switch to show only saved favorited reports. Enable the Browse Reports option to access all available reports and dashboards.

Click on the + to expand the instructions for the desired task.

View and Access Reports and Dashboards

  1. Navigate to Analytics & Reports.
  2. View the list of reports and dashboards presented.

    • These suggested reports and dashboards fall into main Unifyr One sections: Operational Performance, Marketing Performance, Sales Performance, and Partner Performance.  
    • If you have the Toggle Favorites option turned on, the navigation shows only your favorited reports and dashboards. Click from the list to access what you need. For more information about favoriting reports/dashboards, see Personalize your Reports and Dashboards View.
    • A full list of pre-built and saved reports and dashboards is available by clicking Browse Reports. Use the search bar to find relevant reports and dashboards. To open a report or dashboard, select it from the list. Reports are designated with a graph icon, while Dashboards are represented by a piechart icon. 
    • Your organization's own reports/dashboards have the legend Customer in the Category column.

  3. Click on a report or dashboard to open it. Once open, you can:

Folders View

You can use a folder view to browse for reports and dashboards.

  1. Navigate to Analytics & Reports.
  2. Browse for a report or dashboard and click on it to open it. The option is also available in the homepage dashboard.
  3. Click the Open Folders icon folder_icon.png on the top right-hand corner of the page.
  4. These folders are available:
    • My Folder - Your organization's saved reports, or those you've saved yourself
    • Favorites - The reports you've saved as favorites
    • Shared - Contains two types of report:
      • The standard reports provided by Unifyr One (these can't be edited) - in folders with Standard in the title
      • Custom reports provided by your Unifyr One team for your organization, and those you want to share with your colleagues - in a folder with your organization's name as the title
