Logging In and About Passwords

Overview

When your Unifyr One Admin account is created, the default password is emailed to you. You can follow the link in the email to activate it for the first time and create a new password.

At the beginning of every session, you enter credentials (username and password) to access your account.

You should set a strong password to secure your account. Here are our password requirements:

1. Use 8 characters or more. 
2. Use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
3. Accents and accented characters are not supported.
4. Do not use a password you have used before.
5. Do not use a password that begins or ends with space.
6. Avoid personal information such as initials, nicknames, pet or child names, birthdays, street names, etc.

These error messages may appear if you are having trouble logging in.

• Please enter your email address.
• Please enter a password.
• Invalid password or email.
• This account has been locked. Try again in one hour, or reset your password by clicking, "Forgot your password?" This message displays if you've tried to log in 10 times without success.

How to sign in

1. Navigate to the login area of Unifyr One Admin. This will usually be your site URL with the suffix /login.
2. Enter your Unifyr One Admin email and password.
3. Click Login.

Forgot your username or password? 

Having trouble logging in? Try these quick troubleshooting suggestions.

1. Your email address is your username - ensure you are using the correct one.
2. Pay attention to capitalization and spacing when entering your password.

If you've forgotten your username or password, or you can't log in, follow these steps to regain access.

1. To reset your password, click Forgot password? on the login screen.

   

2. Enter your email address in the FORGOT PASSWORD screen.
3. [If enabled] Check the I'm not a robot security option.
4. Click Send reset link.
5. You'll receive an email message. Click the link in the email to reset your password.
6. Haven't received the email? Check your spam and junk folders for an email from [e-mail] (or from [e-mail] - more mature systems may use this address).
7. If you still can't sign in to your Unifyr One account (or can't remember the email address that is your username):
