View Detail Feature Bundle: Training

Overview

The Training Feature Bundle allows you to display available training options on the partner portal.  The page is dynamically generated, ensuring that each user is presented with the appropriate training options according to the criteria you've set. 

This bundle includes two feature pages:

• Certifications: Displays all of the certifications available to the logged-in user as a tiled grid. 
• My Certifications: Displays the certifications that the current user has enrolled in or completed. 

Before You Begin

The training feature bundle displays relevant content to users based on their user group membership and the training content you've made available. You should ensure these aspects of your program are in place prior to publishing the feature pages.

Certifications Page

The Certifications page is accessed by navigating to Training > Certifications. 

This page displays all of the certifications available to the logged-in user as a tiled grid. Clicking on any tile will open detail page which lists the courses and modules included in the certification and displays a button for the user to access specific modules.

The certification detail screen expands the detail from the Certifications view and displays information about the courses and modules included in the selected certification.  Registering for a certification is as easy as clicking on the Start Module button in the list of courses and modules. 

Users also see an In Progress message if they have started the certification. This complements the My Certifications view and ensures that the user's progress is consistently signposted no matter how they open the page.

My Certifications Page

The My Certifications page is accessed by navigating to Training > My Certifications. 

This page provides quick access to the certifications that the user is currently enrolled in and allows them to view, print, or send certificates that confirm their achievements.
