The Customer Portal is an online resource of information for Unifyr One customers (suppliers). Customers can log in to the portal and find help on these subjects:
- Unifyr One's product solutions
- Unifyr One status page
- Unifyr Services - Customer Success, Program Points, Enablement, Support, and 3rd party Agencies
- Product Training - Course videos, certification programs, and on-demand webinars
- Customer Support
- Integrations - SSO, CRM integrations, and MFA/2FA
- Templates for marketing content and portal pages
- Collateral assets and other reference materials
- Unifyr's T&Cs and Privacy Policy
If you're logged in to Unifyr One Admin, you can access the portal via SSO by clicking > Help > Customer One.
If a Unifyr One Admin user doesn't have a Customer Portal account, they can still use the link - an account is created for them the first time they click it.
