Country Management

Note

The Country Management feature may need to be enabled on your system. Submit a request to your Unifyr One team if you want to use it.

Overview

Users with the required permission can define how countries are listed in any Country field presented in  Unifyr One - for example, forms, supplier/partner profiles, user/partner records, partner groups, etc.. This allows you to better align the data collected from partners with your existing business processes.

With the Country Management feature, you can prioritize and hide countries in a Country list as well as confirm if the states/counties/provinces from the country should also be listed (this is on by default for U.S., Canada, and Australia). When changes are made to the list, all Country fields in Unifyr One will be updated for you and your partners.

Important

  • Country lists are based on ISO 3166. If your organization does not use this country code standard, we do not recommend enabling this feature.
  • A user must have the permission System Management > Countries in their Unifyr One Admin account to manage information about countries. For more information about roles, see Manage Role Permissions.
  • This feature does not allow you to create a new country in the list. If eligible, you can update information about the available countries.

Intended Audience

Channel Marketing Leader, Channel Sales Leader, Partner Marketing Director, Partner Channel Sales Director, or Partner Channel Account Manager.
