About Social IQ

Unifyr One's AI-powered agents can help you with your daily tasks: by automating some of the basic event analysis, content creation, and notification workload with agents, you and your partners can free up time to pursue other activities. The use of AI provides helpful insights, which can increase your confidence and support your decision-making.

A Social IQ agent generates and curates social media content on your behalf.

If enabled, it generates and schedules a set of social posts weekly, on a Sunday. It bases the posts on the most recent collateral that you’ve uploaded, paying particular attention to those assets added in the past week.

Suppliers can tailor the agent to work according to their own preferences/business processes. You can also choose that any posts created must be approved/scheduled before sending.

For more information, see Configuring a Social Agent.

Once generated, the posts are tagged by Social IQ, based on the context of the source content. You can change this when reviewing the post.

Facebook, X (Twitter) and LinkedIn platforms are supported. You can give the agent instructions on which platforms to target. Note: If a post generated by the agent exceeds 280 characters, X (Twitter) is excluded from its list of target platforms.

The Social Posts pages allow you to easily see which of your posts have been generated by AI. This gives you the opportunity to identify the posts that the Social IQ agent has created, and review them. These features in the page can help you:

  • icon_ai_generated.png icon and the AI Generated filter - identify those posts that the agent has auto-generated

The icon shows these colours to indicate the status of the post:

    • Orange - draft (needs review, scheduling, and publishing)
    • Green - approved/scheduled/published
  • Draft status for AI-generated posts (for posts generated with the Requires Approval setting activated) and Publication Status filter - identify those posts that you need to review/approve before sending
