Notification: SSL Certificate Expiration for Suppliers

Important

If the SSL Certificate is not updated by the expiration date, partners may be unable to access the partner portal.

Overview

If you have set up a Custom Domain for your partner portal, you will be required to enter SSL Certificate information. This information will expire at a pre-determined date and Suppliers are responsible for updating their expiring SSL certificates. The expiration date may vary based on each unique setup.

When it’s time to update your expiring SSL Certificate, you will receive email notifications and see a banner at the top of your Unifyr One Admin homepage notifying you of this.

SSL Expiry Notification Email

Three separate SSL Expiry Notification emails are sent to the designated email addresses entered in the Expiry Notification field under Partner Portal > Site Configuration > Custom Domain. These emails are sent 60 days, 30 days, and 15 days prior to the SSL Certificate’s expiration date.
