You can enable 2-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your portal. If the option is enabled, a user logging in to the portal will receive a One-Time Passcode (OTP) by email when they’ve successfully entered their username and password. They can then enter this code to verify their identity and continue with login.

If they check the Remember me on this device option, the code, once successfully used, will remain valid. They won’t need to authenticate again.
