Viewing a Provider's Course Records

The Courses tab of a provider account lists out all of the training courses that the users in each provider account have either started or completed.

Note: Courses that have been assigned to the provider, but have not yet been started, will not show in the list.

1. Navigate to Partner Management > Providers.
2. Click the provider name from the list.
3. On the left-hand sidebar, choose Courses.
