Overview
The Marketplace is a Unifyr One feature that provides a powerful boost to your channel program. You identify the third-party providers (agencies) that offer the marketing services your partners will need to maximize their performance in your channel program. You give your partners access to these vetted providers in their partner portal, where they can place orders for their services.
The marketplace benefits everyone involved. For suppliers, the ability to recruit and guide providers means that you can ensure consistent branding and quality standards are met. Partners can get expert help from experienced providers at a fair price. Finally, the Marketplace allows providers to reach a unique pool of potential customers and streamline their processes to deliver better results with faster work.
Marketplace includes management tools for provider accounts, service offerings, and order management, and can be linked to the Unifyr One MDF Management feature.
You can add the Marketplace to your partner portal, by including the Marketplace feature bundle in your site configuration. The bundle includes these feature pages:
Providers - provides a list of providers, their profile and the services they offer. Partners can browse the list of offerings to find the one that best suits their needs. They can place orders with the provider from here. The Providers page can be linked with your MDF Management system, if you're using one.
My Orders - displays the orders that a partner has placed with providers. They can manage and track their orders from here.
For more information about the Marketplace bundle, see View Detail Feature Bundle: Marketplace.

Before You Begin
Provider offerings are loaded as custom activities - set these up before enabling your Marketplace.
The Providers page in the portal will be empty if these aren't in place:
- At least one active Provider account.
- The Agency Marketplace enabled - contact your Unifyr One team.

Provide the Content for your Marketplace
The content of your Marketplace consists of two things: a list of approved providers (agencies) and the services they offer. You configure both of these in Unifyr One Admin:
-
Providers - Set up your providers' accounts in Partner Management > Providers. For more information, see Manage Provider Accounts and Manage Individual Provider Details.
Best Practice
For best results and maximum engagement potential in Marketplace, advise your providers to update their Company Profile when they log into their Unifyr One portal:
- Upload their address
- Add a logo
- Include a description of the organization
- Complete Locator Fields (if you are using a Provider Locator)
- Services - In Partner Marketing, set up the custom activities to represent the services that the providers offer. Add variations on the activities to present partners with a variety of options from various providers. For more information, see Manage Provider Offerings.
Display the Marketplace to Partners
To make the Marketplace available in the Unifyr One partner portal, include the Marketplace feature bundle in your site navigation.
- Navigate to Partner Portal > Site Configuration.
- Click the Partner View to which you want to add Marketplace.
- On the left-hand sidebar, under Feature Bundles, find Marketplace.
-
Drag and drop Marketplace onto your site tree.
[Optional] You can use the arrows to change the navigation depth, edit the Page Details to rename the page and control the visibility of this page to specific Partner Groups.
- Click Save and Close.
Monitor Orders Placed in the Marketplace
You can see information about the orders placed with your providers in two places in Unifyr One Admin:
-
In Partner Management > MDF > Agency Orders, you can get a list of all the orders your partners have placed, with partner name, provider name, payment type, status, completion date, number of uploaded leads, and other information. You can open an individual order to view its full details and the communication thread, and post comments for the partner and the provider.
For more information, see View Provider Orders.
-
A summary of the most recent orders placed with a particular provider is given in the Summary > Latest Orders section of the provider's account
