Providers are approved agencies that can offer services to your partners. Suppliers create the provider account and can give all partners, a set of partners, or single partner access to the provider. Partners will choose which provider to give access to their Unifyr One Partner Portal. The level of access is either partial (campaign only) or full access (marketing plans) as determined by the partner. The flexibility of Unifyr One allows partners to interact with the provider at the level that works best for them.
Value and Benefits
- Save Time: You can add and manage providers and provider users in your system. You can quickly respond to provider changes, profile update requests, and add/manage users within a provider account.
- Increased Control: Administrator-level functionality allows you to control the providers delivering services to your partner community. You can also control the provider fields for language, region, etc in order to filter appropriate provider to the partner.
- Powerful Analytics: You can view providers, who is logging in, and actively engaging your partner community.
Providers use the Unifyr One partner portal to view and manage their orders. Providers will receive an email from the supplier that an account has been created for them. In the email, they will find a link to set their password and get started with Unifyr One.
Your partners will interact with the providers via the portal to complete marketing tactics for them at various levels of engagement and costs.
Note: Suppliers who require SSO for access to Unifyr One partner portal can use Unifyr One Admin to view providers but not to create them. When a partner integration is Unifyr One place, the partner may access the provider from the integration, for example, PRM--SFDC.
Before You Begin
Define a custom portal site view for Provider logins only, usually with the Orders page as the homepage. For more information, see Manage Site Configuration and Navigation.
It's best practice to instruct all providers to complete their Company Profile and upload their address, logo, and a description of their organization. This is especially important if you're using a Provider Locator. For more information about locators, see About Provider Locators.
