Site Configuration Tips and Best Practices

  • Partner Portal menus can support up to three levels of navigation.
  • Create a logged-out portal view for visitors and potential new partners.
  • Create a logged-in portal view for current partners.
  • Name the portal pages familiar names. Here are some examples: Home for home page, Registration for the partner registration page, the campaign name for landing pages.
  • Prioritize the custom partner views so that if a partner qualifies for more than one view, they will have access to the view with the highest priority.
  • Brand the site with your organization's style - this makes it instantly recognizable to partners.
  • Add a tracking code to the footer.
  • Email prospective partners and invite them to apply to become a partner.
  • Create a registration page for pre-approved partners to self-register and start using Unifyr One.
  • You can translate your portal into up to 24 languages, with English as the default. Select the languages your portal will support and Unifyr One will automatically translate the site navigation, tooltips, and feature pages. You can provide your own translations for custom content in your site, and the portal footer. For more information, see About Translations.
