Creating a Custom Page

  1. Navigate to Partner Portal > Custom Pages.
  2. Click Create Page.
  3. Choose whether to use a template as the basis of your custom page:

    • Library - pre-built templates provided by BeeFree
    • Default - pre-built templates provided by Unifyr One
    • Saved - your own custom templates

Your list of templates for custom pages is managed at   > Settings > Templates > Pages. For more information, see Custom Content Templates. You can also save a custom page as a template to use later - see Saving a Custom Page as a Template.

If you want to create the page from scratch, without using a template, choose the Blank template.

  4. Click the pencil icon at the top of the page to open the Options panel.

  5. Add this information:

    Parameter Type Description
Page Name Text The display name/title of the page. This can contain spaces and any characters.
    Page Key Text

A unique identifier to append to the portal URL. For example, add the page key dealreg for a Deal Registration page, which gives the URL supplier.ziftone.com/dealreg.

Do not use spaces or special characters in the key. Lower case letters, numbers, underscores, and hyphens are permitted.

    Requires Partner Login Checkbox

Check the box to restrict the visibility of the page to logged in, authenticated users. This setting allows you to create different pages for logged-in and logged-out views of the portal.

    Tips:

    • Do not check the box if creating a Registration Page for potential partners. Be sure to include a link to Register Now.
    • Do check the box to create a page that you want only logged in users to see, such as Partner Program or Training.
    Active Toggle

Enable this option to publish the page and expose it to partners once it's been added to the portal navigation.

For information on updating your partner site navigation, see Manage Site Configuration and Navigation.

Deselect the option to hide the page.

  6. Click X to exit the Options menu.
  7. In the page content area, use the WYSIWYG editor panel to construct the content of the page.

We recommend starting with the Settings tab to set your global preferences first. Once you set global settings, you can change the settings of each content block individually. For more information, see Editing a Custom Page and Content/Formatting/Display Options for Supplier-Created Content

  8. Click Save or, if required, click the arrow next to the Save button to add a comment about the new page. If you've added a comment, click Save with comment to continue.

If the Active setting is enabled for the page, the page is published for display to partners. To publish the page at a later date, ensure the Active option is disabled before saving. When you're ready to publish, open the custom page for edit, click Options, and check the Active option.

  9. [Optional] To create a new language version of the page, open it and select a language from the menu at the top of the editor. Add translations as required, then save the new page.

Once deleted, the translated page cannot be recovered. Any partners that had access to the translated content will now see the default language version.
