Archiving Collateral Library Content

You can archive live/active assets in the Collateral Library - this sets the expiration date to the current date.

1. Navigate to Library Content > Collateral Library.
2. [Optional] Use the search and filter tool on the left edge of the screen to filter the items listed.
3. Click on the item you want to archive, to access it for edit.

4. Click Archive. You may get a request to confirm the action if the content is within its active date range. Click Continue to complete the action or Cancel to terminate it.

   If you want to re-activate the asset later, edit it to update the Effective End Date.

Unifyr One does not offer the option to delete collateral assets, unless the Data Hygiene tool is enabled on your system. For more information, see Data Hygiene.
