Archiving a Co-brandable PDF

To archive a co-brandable PDF, follow these steps. Note: it's not possible to archive a published PDF - you must unpublish it first:

1. Navigate to Partner Marketing > Multimedia.
2. Click the name of the PDF you want to archive, to open it for edit.
3. If the asset is currently published, click the Unpublish button on the top right corner.
4. Click the Archive button in the top right corner. A message advises that the asset will be removed from all campaigns it is currently associated with. Click Archive to confirm.
5. Once archived, you can delete the asset. Click the Delete button.
