Viewing All Leads

In Unifyr One Admin, you can monitor all leads being handled by your partners. The Leads & Deals pages allow you to view, manage, and track all leads - those that you've distributed to your partners, or those they have registered themselves (if the Lead Registration feature is enabled).

The leads report provides a summary view of all leads. The report includes leads that you've distributed to your partners and leads registered by your partners.

  1. Navigate to Leads & Deals > All Leads.
  2. [Optional] Use the drop down menus at the top of the list to filter the list by partner, partner group, source, status, create date, etc.
  3. [Optional] Use the Advanced Filters button to modify the list based on Partner Activity, Campaign Activity, Embedded Access Apps, and CRM Integrations.
  4. [Optional] Use the side navigation to see lists of distributed and registered leads, view lead distribution activity, and configure lead registration rules.
  5. [Optional] Select which columns to display on each of the Leads listing pages (All Leads, Distributed Leads, Registered Leads). Columns representing most core fields are available, plus any custom fields you have in place for leads. Click the Column Configuration button then drag and drop fields to and from Available Columns and Selected Columns as required.

    Note

These pieces of information can't be shown as columns:

    • The name of the partner user who created the lead
    • The sales rep to which the lead is assigned

In the leads lists, each lead displays basic information as a default (you can change the column display if required):

  • Email address
  • Partner name
  • Create and Last Modified Dates
  • Distribution Status - Accepted, Rejected or Pending
  • Email Status - Sent or Not Sent

There are several reasons why Email Status shows Not Sent, most likely due to the partner setup.

For more information on setting up partners for lead distribution, see Setup for the Lead Management Process.

    • The partner has enabled Auto-Accept for leads (in Settings > Lead Management) - this value is typically used when they have a CRM connected to Unifyr One
    • The partner has not established any Lead Owners
    • The partner has set up Lead Owners, but the email address is invalid

To see if an incorrect email address is the reason for the email not being sent, click on the lead, click Edit, and expand the Status section. If there is a Notification Failure error, the partner should update the email address for the Lead Owner.

  • Distribution Status Change date
  • Source - How the lead was received, for example Manually Added by Partner, CSV Upload, Locator, etc.
