Leads can originate in several ways, some of which are not visible to a supplier.
Distributed Leads (Unifyr One Enterprise subscription only) - Created by suppliers and assigned to their partners.
Since these are classified as qualified leads, they are listed for suppliers in Unifyr One Admin. Navigate to Leads & Deals > Lead Distribution to get the list.
Registered Leads (Unifyr One Engage and Enterprise subscriptions) - Created by the partner for the supplier.
Since these are classified as qualified leads, they are listed for suppliers in Unifyr One Admin. Navigate to Leads & Deals > Lead Registration to get the list.
Locator Leads (Unifyr One Enterprise subscription only) - Created when a potential customer clicks Contact in a Locator.
Leads of this type are considered distributed leads, and are listed for suppliers in Unifyr One Admin. Navigate to Leads & Deals > Lead Distribution to get the list. You can filter the Leads list by Source = Locator if required.
Marketing Leads (Unifyr One Enterprise subscription only) - Created each time potential customers interact with marketing activities sent to them by partners, for example opening an email or clicking on a link. These records haven't yet progressed into full business to become a Registered Lead.
Leads of this type are classed as unqualified leads and are partner owned. A contact can have multiple unqualified leads, depending on how many interactions they've had with marketing content. You, as the supplier, can access counts of leads of this type (via reports) - no PII data is shared. These leads aren't listed for you in Unifyr One Admin, to ensure that a) the partner's own data is protected and b) your records aren't skewed with data that doesn't relate to confirmed business.
Contacts who have not accessed content do not have lead records.
All four lead types are tracked in analytics. Reports analyzing lead activity can pull in all leads related to a partner - this means all qualified leads and all lead events that have occurred from marketing activities, from initial contacts to targeted emails. Each of these activities is captured as a lead for the partner against their contacts, marking the partner's full engagement with them.
Note
Only Distributed Leads, Registered Leads, and Locator Leads are visible to you, as the supplier, in Unifyr One Admin. When creating reports, you may notice a difference between the figures in the report when compared to the number of leads you can see in Unifyr One Admin.
