Adding Users to a Subsidiary Unifyr One Instance

This article contains instructions for systems with Unifyr One Global enabled to support a multi-instance setup.

Unifyr One Global is available for customers with a Platinum or Diamond subscription. Please submit a request to your Unifyr One team if you are interested in having this enabled on your system.

The Admin user for a subsidiary instance can add users into that instance only. This is handled under the standard Unifyr One Admin User Management process - for more information, see Manage Unifyr One Admin Users.

Once users have been added to a subsidiary instance, they and their role can also be viewed/managed from the home instance.
