In Leads & Deals > Registered Deals, click on a deal in the list to open it and display more information. You'll see this information:
- At-a-glance information about the deal
- Summary - approval status, current stage, total value, partner, associated pricebook (if applicable), source
- Stage and progress timeline view. Click the
arrow to expose the timeline, then click on a stage to set it.
- Standard deal information such as name, type, customer account, total value, estimated close date, co-selling partner (if applicable)
- Information from the custom fields in your deal form
- Key dates
- Included line items
- Associated contacts
- Submissions of custom data - non-standard deal information specific to your organization
- Edit button - accesses the edit view where you can update details, and add attachments, line items, and custom data submissions
- Actions menu - approve, reject, expire, or delete the deal (depending on its current status)
If Deal IQ is enabled on your system, you'll see a Deal Analysis area. This shows a chronological listing of the AI-driven insights generated by the relevant Deal IQ agent. For more information, see About Deal IQ or Configuring AI Agents.
