Notes
AI Agents need to be enabled on your system. Submit a request to your Unifyr One team to discuss using them.
AI Agents may make mistakes, so make sure you review important information carefully.
For more information on how Unifyr ensures transparency, security, and ethical use of AI, please review our Responsible AI Policy.
Unifyr supplies, tracks, and manages your AI usage through a credit-based system. Suppliers have an allocated budget and AI services are debited against that budget. For more information, see AI Credit Usage.
Overview
Unifyr One's AI-powered agents can help you with your daily tasks: by automating some of the basic event analysis, content creation, and notification workload with agents, you and your partners can free up time to pursue other activities. The use of AI provides helpful insights, which can increase your confidence and support your decision-making.
We have these agent types available for you to use:
- Onboarding IQ - helps a user navigate their portal onboarding journey, giving them recommendations, celebration of task and milestone completion, and progress tracking
- Deal IQ - guides the deal management process, assisting partners in moving deals through the funnel and submitting them for approval. For more information, see About Deal IQ.
- Social IQ - generates and curate social media content on your behalf. for more information, see About Social IQ.
You can create multiple instances of Deal IQ and Social IQ Agents to suit your needs, and have them running simultaneously. For example, create 2 Social IQ agents with these prompts:
- Agent 1 - Create me social posts for North American Partners in US English focusing on keywords such as "new" and "upcoming"
- Agent 2 - Create me social posts for Portuguese Partners in Portuguese focusing on keywords such as "novo", "nova", "novos", "novas", "próximo", "próxima", "próximos", and "próximas"
You can assign an agent to a specific Partner Group, targeting content creation, insights, and messaging to specific partners, using the content and experience of the specified partners as an agent's source.

Configure a Deal IQ Agent
A Deal IQ agent is based on certain pre-configured prompts, which instruct it to act like a Channel Account Manager - advising, encouraging, and guiding the partners.
As a default, it listens for new deals being submitted, or changes to Amount, Stage, or Status in an existing deal record.
To add your own configuration for a Deal IQ agent:
- Go to > Settings > AI Settings > Agents > Deal IQ, and click on the agent you want to update.
- [Optional] In Partner Groups, select the partner(s) whose deals and deal updates the agent should watch for.
-
[Optional] In Additional Instructions, you can add your own prompts, to help the agent work within your specific guidelines. For example:
- If a deal is over 60% ensure that there at least 2 deal line items attached
- If the partner is doing great work send thanks and encouragement
- If the value of your deal is over 50000USD ensure their CFO approves it
- Include a countdown of days left to target close date
This helps you to customize the messaging you send to the supplier account managers and partner users via the agent.
-
[Optional] In Recipient, choose the additional supplier recipients that will receive the notifications from the agent (as a default, the deal owner and the partner’s account manager always receive notifications)
Choose one of these options:
- Select User - choose individual recipients
- Select User Role - choose a role (all users with this role will receive the notifications)
- Click Save.
For information about the notifications sent, see Notifications from Unifyr IQ Agents.
Configure a Social IQ Agent
A Social IQ agent is based on certain pre-configured prompts. Suppliers can add their own configuration:
In > Settings > AI Settings > Agents > Social IQ > <agent name>:
-
Partner Groups - Choose the Partner Group(s) for which this agent's output applies
The agent will scan collateral that is applicable for the selected group(s), then use the content to create posts that will be pushed to those groups only.
You may need to have your Social Media support updated to use this option - Submit a request to your Unifyr One team if you can't see it.
-
Additional Instructions - Give the agent additional prompts to tailor the content created, for example:
- to add custom instructions to guide the tone, style, or topics of generated posts.
-
to specify the list of social platforms for which the agent should generate posts.
Note: if you target X (Twitter) as one of the platforms, the agent won’t generate an X version of the post if the post content is longer than 280 characters.
-
Requires Approval - Specify the review requirements for the auto-generated posts:
- On (default) - have the posts created in draft status so you can review/approve them and schedule their publish date
- Off - confirm that you’re happy for them to auto-publish. Posts set to auto-publish have a scheduled publish date of 7 days after generation.
- Max Content - Enter the maximum number of posts to be auto-generated each week. If this field is blank, the agent will generate 5 per week.
In > Settings > AI Settings > Advanced Settings:
-
Generate Images via AI - toggle the option on or off to confirm whether you give Social IQ permission to generate images in the posts.
