Overview
Unifyr One allows you to perform make certain updates to add/remove tags, add partner filters, and set effective dates and statuses for these types of portal content in bulk:
- Collateral
- Campaigns
- Workflows
- Social Posts
- Custom Activities
- Website Plugins
- Multimedia
- Emails
- Landing Pages
- AI Sources
The process of bulk updating any of these content types is similar, although the information available for updating will differ. The examples shown here are based on updating collateral assets from the Collateral Library.
Intended Audience
Channel Marketing Leader or Channel Account Manager.
Before You Begin
The Bulk Update feature is available when you select at least one item in the relevant listing, for any of the content types listed above. The Bulk Update button is greyed out if you haven't selected anything.
- Navigate to the page that includes the content items you want to update.
- [If you're updating collateral assets from the Collateral Library] Choose the asset type in the left sidebar. You can only bulk update assets of one type at a time.
- Click the checkbox next to each item you’d like to update. Alternatively, click the checkbox at the top of the leftmost column to select all emails.
- Click Bulk Update.
- In Bulk Update, you can modify these areas, clicking Next or Previous to move between steps 1-5:
- Step 1 - Remove Tags
- Step 2 - Add Tags
- Step 3 - Configure Partner Filters
- Step 4 - Set Status - publishing and effectivity (named Post Settings for social posts)
- Step 5 - Review and commit updates
- In Bulk Update, go to Step 1: Remove Tags

Select the tags to remove from your selected items.
Note: The window doesn't show the tags that are currently applied to the selected items, as it may be different for each one.
- Click Next to go to the next step.
- In Bulk Update, go to Step 2: Add Tag Values

Select the tags to add to your selected items.

- Click Next to go to the next step, or Previous to go back.
Permission Required
Access to this option may be dependent on the settings in your Unifyr One account. Submit a request to your Unifyr One team if you need clarification.
- In Bulk Update, go to Step 3: Add Filters

Select the Partner Group(s) that have access to your selected items.
To remove all current partner filters from all of your selected items, enable Remove all existing filters when performing the bulk update.
- Click Next to go to the next step, or Previous to go back.

In Bulk Update, go to Step 4: Status
This tab is named Post Settings if you're updating social media posts.
- Choose the status settings for the selected items - what is available will depend on the type of content you're updating:
- Start Date and End Date - the dates for which the items will be available to partners - use the calendar pickers
- Status - the current status of the items
- Social Form (for social posts) - whether to allow partners to include a social form with the posts
- Expiration Date (for social posts, of type Library or Both) - the date on which a library post will auto-expire - use the calendar picker
- Click Next to go to the next step, or Previous to go back.
- In Bulk Update, go to Step 5: Review
- Review the number of items being updated and the edits you selected in steps 1-4. To make a correction, use Previous to return to the relevant step.
- If you are ready to apply the edits to the selected items, type CONFIRM in the text field at the bottom of the window.

Click Submit Bulk Update. Your updates will now be completed.
You will see a message at the top of the page letting you know that the bulk update is in progress. You aren't permitted to start additional bulk updates until this one is complete. The page will refresh when the update is complete.
