Overview
Once you've created a campaign, you can add tactics to it. Tactics are marketing activities, including emails, website plugins, social media posts, multimedia, library resources, collateral program documents, workflows, or custom activities. Marketing activities are individual pieces of marketing content that you package into a campaign for your partners to use. Creating a campaign allows you to provide branded content to your partners to increase engagement, improve open rates, and improve lead generation. Campaigns gather data in one place or view for all the marketing activity around a specific product or service.
When an activity is deleted, the activity is automatically deleted from any campaigns that it is currently in.

Create Marketing Activities
Social posts differ from other activities. We recommend reading Manage Social Posts and About Social Media Marketing for instructions specific to social posts.
All other marketing activities share the following steps. After you create a marketing activity, you should add it to a campaign.
- Navigate to Partner Marketing and select the activity type you want to create.
- From the activities page, click Create.
- Complete the requested information.
- Click Create to create the activity. You can now edit the activity and add the detail/assets/partner filters/tags.
View and Edit Marketing Activity Details
To open an activity for review or edit, click on it in the relevant page from Partner Marketing. When open, you can carry out these tasks:
- Preview - review the activity before publishing it to partners.
- Archive - save the activity, remove it from Unifyr One and from your partner portal, and enable the Delete function. Only archived activities can be deleted.
- Copy - create a duplicate of the activity, with all the settings and assets of the original. The new activity will save as Copy of [activity name] as a default - rename it as required.
- Edit Details - review or edit the information/assets provided when the activity was created. You can also apply partner filters to the activity and tag it using custom tags.
- Review the performance of your activity, including the number of mailings, number sent, the number opened, percent open rate, number of clicks, and number of submissions.
- Export - download a .CSV or .XLS file of statistics for this activity.
Click Save after making any changes.
