Unifyr One Admin Academy is a resource of help documents with step-by-step instructions for using Unifyr One Admin. Academy content includes written instructions, images, animations, and links to narrated videos. No matter your learning style, we have something for you.
The Admin Academy will give supplier administrators and users all the information they need to achieve their goals in Unifyr One Admin.

How to Access the Academy
There are two ways to get to the Unifyr One Academies in Unifyr One Admin:

How to Find Information in the Academy
There are two ways to find content in the Academy: use the search bar or browse all our articles. If you're looking for information on a particular feature or area (such as Partner Marketing, Library Content, or Leads & Deals), try browsing all our guides/articles in that section. If you're not sure, try a search of the all academy content using the search bar.

Our documentation and training resources are written to the standard feature names and navigation. Be sure to note with your teams where you customize the names and navigation.
Search the Academy
Use the search bar to find answers to specific questions. You can find the search bar in two locations:
On the Academy homepage:
In any Academy article:
Enter your search term in the search bar. A list of suggested topics is presented as you type:
Select one of the suggested topics from the list if they are suitable. If not, hit ENTER to continue with the full search. All articles matching your search term are presented as results.
For best search results, use keywords wherever possible. Avoid using full sentences as this may generate inappropriate results.

Browse the Academy
Academy content is organized using the same structure as the application. For example, all instructions related to creating and managing partner marketing materials are found in the Partner Marketing section of the academy. If you know the feature you want to learn about, click on the Unifyr One Admin subject area and browse for the most relevant article.
In most articles, you will find Overview, Before You Begin, Content, and Related Topics sections. The Content section is divided into collapsible sections - click the + to expand the page and see all the content.
Video eLearning and interactive training courses are available for many of our tasks. Training courses, where available, are linked in an information box at the bottom of the article pages. The links take you to our CustomerONE site, which provides you with materials to support your Unifyr One journey from implementation to mature usage. You will need a CustomerONE account and credentials to access the resources.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) are great for a quick answer or when trying to understand a single concept or for a quick answer. Our FAQs are created and answered by Unifyr One experts based on user questions and industry trends.
The What's New section gives you a brief high-level description of new features, enhancements, and other improvements we’ve added to Unifyr One Admin.
Contact Support from Academy
You can get help from the Support team without leaving the Unifyr One Academy.
If you are unable to locate the answer using Academy, you can submit a ticket to request assistance.
Advice
Unifyr One Support is not able to accept tickets from @gmail.com email addresses. Please ensure that you submit tickets from an email address with your organization's domain.
This requirement applies to tickets being submitted to any team: Support, Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Programs, Labs, Customer Success and TAMs.
On the Unifyr One Admin Academy homepage, click Submit a request.
Here you can open a ticket with various teams:
- Support - platform questions, functional troubleshooting
- Services - content creation, portal configuration, integrations, data management services
- Business Intelligence - reports/dashboards, reporting questions, and custom field exposure
- Partner Enablement - partner training, guided tours, open office hours services
- Customer Success - strategic or program assistance, contract renewals
- Technical Account Manager (for Gold/Platinum/Diamond customers) - guidance on best practices, platform/feature optimization, additional features
- Product Insights - requests for product enhancements or new features, product feedback
