View Detail Feature Bundle: Marketplace

Overview

The Marketplace feature bundle allows you to give your partners access to third party providers and give them the option to manage orders they've placed with any providers.  It consists of two feature pages:

• Providers: Displays a list of third-party service providers. Each provider profile includes a summary of the provider's offerings and the option for partners to place orders for a service.
• My Orders: Displays a list of the orders the partner has placed with providers.

Before You Begin

The Marketplace feature bundle displays relevant content to users based on their partner group membership and the marketing content you've made available. You should ensure these aspects of your program are in place prior to publishing the feature pages.

The bundle also depends on you having Provider accounts set up, or the Providers page will be empty.

Providers Feature Page

This page helps partners to find providers and services that correspond to their current requirements. Partners access the page on the portal by navigating to Marketplace > Providers (or equivalent name). 

Partners can filter the providers by services provided, cost, or history using the options in the left sidebar.

Clicking on Details for a provider displays the provider's detail page, including their available service offers.

If the partner wants to purchase an offered service, they can select the activities to include in their order. Unifyr One guides them through the ordering process. Once an order has been placed, it appears in the user's My Orders page, where they can track it through to completion.

My Orders Feature Page

This page gives partners centralized access to all their current and historic orders with third party providers.

The list can be filtered by the provider, order status, and activity type using the options in the left sidebar.

If the partner clicks View Order they see all information about the order and its progress:

• order details
• current status
• participants
• notification recipients
• comments added by the partner, provider or supplier

They can also add any leads generated from the order/activity.
