Overview
While your partners carry out their training in the partner portal, by completing the Modules/Courses/Certifications you've provided, or by attending an in-person training event, you can monitor their progress against the training objectives in Unifyr One Admin.
Progress against Modules, Courses, and Certifications is automatically recorded when a partner starts the Modules, and continues to be monitored until they complete them.
You can also manually update a partner's status for a Module/Course/Certification. This gives you a further level of management for your partners and is useful if progression can’t be registered automatically. For example, you might be providing Courses that are linked to an in-person training event and don't have any modules to be completed.
For information about in-person training events, see Partner Events.

View Training Progress
You can view your partners' training progress in two places in Unifyr One Admin:
-
Training Progress page
Navigate to Partner Management > Learning Management > Training Progress.
Select the Modules, Courses, or Certifications tab.
There is an entry for every partner user that is taking a Module, Course or Certification, or has taken it. The Progress column confirms their current status - Completed or In Progress.
Filter your search by [Module or Course or Certification] Name, Partner, User and/or Progress for a more granular view.
-
The Partner Details view in the partner's account in Partner Explorer
In the partner's Summary tab, the Recent Activity and Top Certifications Completed areas list the Courses and Certifications that have been most recently completed by their users:
The Training > Modules, Training > Courses, and Training > Certifications tabs display the progress of each user that's started a Course or Certification, with a Progress column.
Manually Enter Training Progress
When a partner user is exempt from completing a Module, Course, or Certification in the partner portal, or is unable to, you can manually confirm that they completed it.
For example, you may have a Course with no Modules that was delivered as an in-person event. As there are no Modules to initiate/complete the progress timeline in the portal, you need to confirm that they attended and completed the Course to ensure they get their credit.
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to Partner Management > Learning Management > Training Progress.
-
Click Add Progress.
-
In Set Training as Completed, complete the requested information.
Label Description Training Type The type of training content.
Select Module, Course, or Certification.
Select Module / Select Course / Select Certification The name of the Module, Course, or Certification.
Choose one from the dropdown list.
Partner The partner account to which the user belongs. User The user whose record you want to update. Completion Date The date on which the user completed the Course/Certification.
Select a past date from the calendar picker.
-
Click Save.
The partner user's entry on the Training Progress list shows that they completed the specified Module, Course or Certification on the given date. The Training section of their Partner Details view in Partner Explorer also lists the completion.
Bulk Import Training Progress
When multiple partner users are exempt from completing a Module, Course or Certification in the partner portal, or are unable to, you can use the Import Progress tool to manually confirm in a single action that they all completed it.
It's also useful to batch confirm training progress if the training was provided at a live training event, instead of in the partner portal.
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to Partner Management > Learning Management > Training Progress.
-
Click Import Progress.
-
[Optional] Prepare the spreadsheet (CSV format) that contains the progress updates you want to upload, if it's not already available.
The CSV file should contain the columns listed in the table below. You can click Download a template to get a sample spreadsheet. Delete the placeholder content in Rows 2 and 3 then add your updates - one row per update.
Label Description Email The partner user's email address. Training Type The type of content to update.
Enter module, course or certification.
Name The name of the Module, Course or Certification, as listed in Unifyr One Admin (Module Name or Course Name or Certification Name field). Date (yyyy-mm-dd) The date on which the user completed the Module, Course or Certification.
Ensure the date is given in the format shown in the label.
- Click Select File and choose your CSV file.
- Click Import.
-
Review Unifyr One's analysis of the data and the requested import. Import Training Progress shows three records that confirm how many records can be imported, and how many can't. Each set of records can be downloaded.
- New - the number of rows that are ready and suitable for import
- User already completed - the number of rows for partner users that have already completed the specified Course or Certification.
-
Errors - the number of rows that have errors.
If you download the file of entries that contain errors, the reason for the error is given in Column E of the file. You can fix the errors and re-upload this file separately from your original import (remove the error detail column before re-uploading).
-
Click Import.
You will see a confirmation that the import is proceeding, and a success report when it is complete. Once complete, the partner users' entry/entries on the Training Progress list show that they completed the specified Module, Course or Certification on the given date. The Training section of each one's Partner Details view in Partner Explorer also lists the completion.
Delete Training Progress
You can revoke user's completion of Modules, Courses or Certifications, either singly or in bulk.
Follow these steps:
- Navigate to Partner Management > Learning Management > Training Progress.
- Select the Modules, Courses, or Certifications tab.
-
Check the selection box next to each Module, Course, or Certification completion you want to revoke. Check the box in the header row to select all entries.
-
Click Delete Progress.
- You are asked to confirm that you want to delete the selected progress. Click Delete to confirm. The selected entries are removed from the Training Progress list.
Notes:
- If you delete a user’s progress against a Module, that progress is removed from all Courses in which the Module appears. It doesn’t affect completion of a Course if it’s already been completed.
- Deleting a user’s progress against a Course does not remove progress from all Modules in the Course.
