Partner management tools are grouped into four categories:

Partner Explorer
- The Partner Explorer submenu includes the tools that help you to manage all partners individually or as groups. Groups may be constructed from partner characteristics or be goal-based using Partner Tiers and Tier Programs.
- Use this menu to create and manage third-party provider accounts to deliver additional services to your partners.

MDF
- Marketing Development Funds allow you to provide financial support for your partners' marketing efforts. This can be done with or without introducing third-party providers.

Communications
- Keep your channel program at the top of partner's minds by reaching them beyond the portal through targeted email communications.
- Reach new prospects and invite them to join your partner program.

Learning Management
- Deliver timely training to your partners to help them upskill and keep up-to-date with your current offerings.
