Resending a Welcome Email to a Partner User

Suppliers can resend a welcome email to a user who has not yet logged into the partner portal.

Notes

If a user has logged in at least once but now can't access the portal, it's not possible to resend the welcome email.

This option is not available if partner login is handled via SSO authentication.

  1. Navigate to Partner Management > Partner Explorer.
  2. Find the partner's name in the list and click on it to open the account information.
  3. Click Send Welcome Email?.
