Overview

In addition to feature pages, Unifyr One includes a number of editable pages as standard. These pages are either not included in any bundles, or serve as the header page for a menu. They behave like custom pages to allow you to edit them which you cannot do with other feature pages. These pages support strategic aspects of your channel program and should be carefully aligned with branding and objectives.

This article provides summary information about the common pages that are delivered as stand-alone pages and can be adapted to your needs. The information in this article reflects the unmodified pages.

About the Program Page

Typically the About the Program Feature page is displayed to unauthenticated users on the logged-out homepage. This page allows you to promote the benefits of joining your partner program to prospects and supports inbound queries.

The page includes a prominent call-to-action button that will take interested partner candidates to the registration page. When the visitor scrolls down, they will see a summary of the top benefits of enrolling as a partner.

The strategic value of this page is that it allows you to promote your channel program to prospective partners.  These people may have come to your site by accident or been referred by an existing partner. This allows you to capture prospects you may not have known about and potentially offers a competitive advantage in your markets.

Eligibility Page

The Eligibility page is best located as a subpage of the registration page.  This is where you describe the characteristics of the new partners you wish to work with.  The eligibility page does for inbound prospects what your outbound recruiting efforts do: it qualifies prospects to focus effort on those who are the best fit for your program.

You should take special care when preparing this page. Be aware that visitors will self-select based on the information you provide. The information should be clear and concise to encourage applications from as many prospects as possible who reasonably align with your requirements.

Home Page Feature Page

The Home Page Feature page is the landing page for partners who have authenticated themselves by logging in. The design of this page will determine how efficiently partners can interact with each aspect of your channel program.

The supplied homepage has a large banner with three call-to-action buttons inviting partners to check their pipeline, review new campaigns, or access training. Featured campaigns, top opportunities, and the latest news are also available if the partner scrolls down.

Users can easily return to the homepage from any other page in the portal. This makes the page the central hub of your portal information architecture.

Home Page Logged Out Page

The Home Page Logged Out page is the landing page that all visitors first see on your portal.

SA_loggedout.JPG

This page has two main functions. The first is to orient visitors by confirming what page they have reached. The second is to direct existing partners to log in or divert prospective partners to register their interest by applying.

Marketing Feature Page

The Marketing feature page provides single-point access to the main marketing resources and options available to partners.

The top section of the page displays a link to the Browse Campaigns Feature Page where partners can review all currently offered campaigns. The second section highlights any current campaigns that the supplier has chosen to feature.

By scrolling down, the partner will see two additional sections. My Campaigns links to a listing of all campaigns that the partner has joined. My Orders details any work that the partner has engaged a provider to quote on or complete.

Onboarding Page

The Onboarding portal page is designed to guide your partners through a program of steps and requirements to help them become as productive as possible, as quickly as possible.

The page is constructed using HTML content blocks. To edit the specific code, click on the section in the editor. This is a very versatile approach to customizing your portal and should only be undertaken by highly-skilled HTML experts.

Partner Registration Feature Page

The Partner Registration feature page is typically located on the logged-out homepage. This is because it is only relevant to prospective partners who would like to join your channel program.

This page captures only the most basic information about the applicant.

Once they have clicked Submit, the visitor will be thanked for applying and informed of the next steps to complete the process. For more information about the registration process, see About Partner Registration

Sales Page

The Sales Page consolidates the most pertinent information for partner sales teams.

SA_Sales.JPG

The Sales page is specifically designed to serve the needs of salespeople in partner companies. Each section of the page describes the purpose of the linked information. The top section links to the All Leads page.  An at-a-glance Analysis Overview displays the most important metrics on lead generation and activity. This section also provides a link to more detailed reports about partner performance. The Register Deal section facilitates partner's notifying you as opportunities progress to closure.

Scrolling down, the partner will see a list of

Deals Feature Page

The Deals feature page displays summary information about the partner's deals. The hyperlinked name of the deal opens a detail page.

The right panel displays the partner's deals that correspond to the search parameters set in the left panel.

The left panel allows the partner to initiate a new deal registration by clicking Register New Deal. The partner can search for previously registered deals using the text search. Search results can be refined using three filters. The Value filter limits the displayed results to deals that are within selected ranges of monetary value, expressed in US dollars. The close percentage restricts results to those within a certain range of completion. Finally, the status filter allows the partner to view only those deals that are currently in a particular state. The filters all allow multiple selections.
