Custom Page: Partner Registration

Overview

The first priority for any channel program is to enrol partners. The strategy and objectives of your recruitment plan were identified as part of the Desired Outcomes planning you had with your CSM . This article explains the two approaches to partner recruitment that Unifyr One supports.

You can implement both approaches concurrently. Unifyr One provides a basic registration form that captures the information that is required as a minimum for the effective management of your partner database. This basic information consists of the company name, individual user's email address, and first and last name. You can request additional information through the use of Custom Fields

Unifyr One supports two approaches to partner recruitment:

Before you Begin

Before implementing your partner recruitment program, you should consider the following questions:

  • How should the registration page be branded?
  • Do you want to approve every new partner account?
  • Should the potential partner be auto-approved?
  • Who should be notified through email for each new partner registration?
  • If you are using Salesforce, the registration needs to be a Web2Lead form and not our standard out-of-the-box registration.
