Giving Custom Prompts to a Unifyr IQ Agent

Note

AI Agents may make mistakes, so make sure you review important information carefully.

AI Agents are based on certain pre-configured prompts to give them the instructions they need to carry out their defined tasks. You, as the supplier, can pass them additional prompts of your own, to train them to work as effectively as possible within your own specific business processes.

  1. Navigate to   > Settings > AI Settings.
  2. In the Agents area of the left sidebar, choose the agent IQ to which the agent belongs: Deal IQ or Social IQ.

    Note

You can't give custom prompts to the Onboarding IQ Agent.

  3. Click the name of the agent you want to update, to open it for edit.
  4. Enter your own prompts in the Additional Instructions field. Use a new line to separate multiple prompts.

    For example:

    • Deal IQ agents

      Provide the win probability score.
Include a countdown of days to the Estimated Close Date.
If the stage is Perception, tell the user to get sign off from the CEO and make sure proper quotes are attached.

    • Social IQ agents

Create social media posts for X, LinkedIn, and Facebook for security partners.
The posts should revolve around our three core product lines: x10, x20 and the new drone cameras.
Focus on technology differentiators and how we're pushing to drive more deals within the education, manufacturing and technology space.
      Add emojis.
Construct posts with the following critical social media success components: hook line, value delivery, social proof, call to action, hashtag strategy.
