Ask IQ for partners
Note
Ask IQ may make mistakes, so review important information carefully.
An AI-powered assistant that you can enable for your partners in their portal to help them work smarter and faster. They can get assistance with the marketing tasks they’re undertaking and access the right content for their needs.
Ask IQ collates information from content provided by you for your partners - custom pages, library collateral, marketing assets, and training materials - and delivers it in a natural conversation format to a partner user. Responses to prompts include a citation of the source of the response, and links to any relevant content. Ask IQ responds in the partner’s own language to give them quick and easily accessible guidance.
Note
Ask IQ knows when your content has expired or has not yet been published, and will not return it to partners in any conversations. It also respects how you filter your content to your Partner Groups.
You have the option to integrate the partner academy knowledgebase into Ask IQ, so that partners can get help with navigating the portal and completing their daily tasks, as well as with accessing your marketing resources. Partner users can work with Ask IQ in many ways:
- The user can ask Ask IQ questions about the tasks they’re carrying out, and get helpful answers back. They can send multi-line prompts by using Shift + Enter or a soft line break to separate the lines of text. Ask IQ provides links to any relevant content in its responses.
- Partners can take advantage of any suggested prompts you’ve provided for them. For more information, see Configuring Suggested Prompts for portal Ask IQ.
- A user can give instant feedback on Ask IQ's responses and help it learn to support them better, by clicking the
icons for a response.

Ask IQ can auto-create social posts and marketing emails on a user’s behalf, if the user clicks the
or
icon for a response it’s given them.
Ask IQ can also create social posts and email directly from a collateral asset.

Ask IQ can maintain up to 10 concurrent conversations.
A user can click the
icon to get a list, and rejoin one if required.
They can use
to start a new conversation when already in another one.
Starting a new conversation when at the limit of 10 will remove the conversation that has the oldest most recent activity from the list.
- Partners can chat to Ask IQ in any language, either having a whole conversation in their own language, or asking it to translate any responses it gives.
Ask IQ in Unifyr One Admin
An AI-powered assistant that you can enable to get help when creating configuration and content in Unifyr One Admin.

Access to the Ask IQ features in Unifyr One Admin is controlled with the permission Other > Ask IQ Features. For more information, see Manage Unifyr One Admin Users.
You can chat with Ask IQ to get information about your tasks or content - click the IQ icon in the top toolbar to launch the chat window:
Enter your prompt in the Type your message field at the bottom of the window, and click the arrow for a response. If you want to send a multi-line prompt, use Shift + Enter or a soft line break to separate the lines of text.
Ask IQ will remain open while you continue to work and navigate around Unifyr One Admin.

Give Feedback on AI-Generated Responses/Content
You and your partners can use the icons to give feedback about responses and content generated by AI.
Feedback is captured, giving Unifyr One insights on how to improve its AI support for you, and helping you to improve your experience.
- When you've received a response from Ask IQ, or it's generated content for you, click the thumbs up or thumbs down icon in the Was this helpful? area, as appropriate.

If you leave negative feedback, provide a reason by choosing a category and adding more information in a free text field (up to 500 characters).
- Click Submit.
