Configuring the Onboarding IQ Agent

The Onboarding IQ agent is based on certain pre-configured prompts, which instruct it to act like a mentor or trainer for partners, helping them navigate their portal onboarding journey. Suppliers can add their own configuration:

In   > Settings > AI Settings > Agents > Onboarding IQ:

• Partner Groups - Choose the Partner Group(s) for which the agent's output applies

  The Agent will scan the onboarding plan that is applicable for the selected group(s), then guide a user through the tasks to completion.
