Manage On Demand Event Campaigns

Overview

On-Demand Event Campaigns enable you to share recorded events such as video presentations or webinar recordings with your partners, alongside or instead of hosted live event campaigns. This type of campaign can be useful if, for example, you or your partners don't have access to Webex or Zoom for live events, or you want to share a recording of a live event after it has taken place.

You can provide a customizable collateral asset, such as a video, and package it with other content or tactics as a virtual event in the portal. For example, providing an email with a link to a landing page and contact form for the video could allow you to control access to the content to prospects who provide their contact information.

Before You Begin

• Upload the recorded content to Unifyr One Admin, as an On-Demand Asset in the Collateral Library. Provide a file or a URL to a video hosting service.

• Prepare any additional tactics that you want to provide for your On-Demand Event Campaign. For example, for partners to market your event properly, it's recommended that you provide an Invitation Email and a Web Plugin that partners can customize and use to generate leads for their event.

  Submit a request to your Unifyr One team to discuss templates for emails, microsites and landing pages, if you haven't already done so.

• We also recommend preparing and uploading any reference materials your partners would find helpful to execute this campaign.

• To ensure the campaign is available to your partners when it's published, add one of these feature pages to your partner portal:

  • Browse Campaigns
  • Virtual Event Center

Creating an On-Demand Event Campaign in Unifyr One

Follow these steps to set up the On-Demand Event Campaign in Unifyr One:

1. Navigate to Partner Marketing > Campaigns.
2. On the top right-hand corner, click Create and select Create New Campaign from the drop-down list.
3. Select Event – On Demand from the Type dropdown.
4. Enter the campaign details. For more information, see Create and Manage a Campaign > Create a Campaign.
5. Click Apply. The Campaign Details view displays for the On Demand Event.
6. Package any required tactics into the campaign, for example the email and landing page that includes the on-demand content from the Collateral Library. For more information, see Create and Manage a Campaign > Add Content to a Campaign.

7. To present the campaign in the partner portal, click Publish in the top right-hand corner of the Campaign Details page. The campaign will appear when a partner browses for campaigns and filters for the Campaign Type On-Demand Event.
