You can manage all the users from all your partners from the Partner Management > User Explorer view. In this view, you can filter to view partner users by certain criteria, export partner and user lists, manage partner users and partner user roles, and perform bulk operations.
You can manage an individual partner user by clicking on their name in the list.

Note: This view gives you a global view of all users from all your partners, and allows you to perform cross-partner updates for users in a single action. You can still view and manage users within their individual partner account - go to Partner Management > Partner Explorer > Partner Accounts, choose a partner and go to the Users tab.
In the Pending tab, you can see a list of users whose registration is awaiting approval.
